To generate reports of the inventory at your District/School, please follow the below steps.
Step 1
Select "Reports" from the menu.
Step 2
Using the left hand side "Run Report" dropdown to select the type report you wish to generate.
You can also add email address to the "Notify" section and those people will receive an email with a link to the report once it completes. This is one way to share a report with users that do not access ClassGather directly.
Depending on the amount of data in the report you generate, the report can generate immediately or it may take some time. You can always leave this page after generating a report and return to find your completed report and a history of past reports you have generated.
Please note that you may need to refresh the screen to see the green dot and for your report to be ready for download.
