Under the Licenses section in the main dropdown menu, you can access the Transfers screen.
Here, you can view a history of transfers among your area's schools. Each line of the table displays a change in Type of a number of units of a title. These transfers represent a record of physical textbooks changing usage state and/or schools.
For instance, a transfer may show "Active -> Surplus" with a quantity of 10. This means that 10 textbooks were pulled from use and put into the school's surplus.
The possible states of textbooks are Active (in use), Surplus (on hand, but not in use), and Disposal. For more information on inventory status, please refer to What are inventory types and what do they mean?
Each transfer must be "Approved" by an administrator or "Received" by the school receiving the textbooks. Depending on your position, each transfer may also display a "Review" button in the Status column instead. A coordinator may use this button to either finalize a transfer or to deny it.
A transfer will also display the school or schools involved in that transfer, which you can find by clicking the small arrow next to each title's name on the main table or by clicking the name of the title.
Each title is identifiable by its Name, ISBN, Edition, Grade, Subject, and Copyright year.
You can filter the titles by using the options on the left panel. For instance, you can search for transfers only involving a certain school by selecting that school in the "Schools" dropdown just above the "Search" button.
