The Orders tab provides publishers with a real-time view of all orders placed for their company.
Orders can be reviewed using multiple filters, accessed to view detailed order information, used to generate customer reports, and displayed on a heat map highlighting district sales activity.
From the Orders tab, publishers can also access Past Ancillary Reports, e-Good Reports, and Past Monthly Sales, and run customer reports from those reports.
Filters
Orders can be filtered by Ingram Education Services work order number, invoice number, ISBN, order status, bill-to, or ship-to.
When filtering by ship-to, a district name must be selected first.
Status Definitions
New Orders – Orders that have been placed and are pending final review. Processing – Orders that have been reviewed and are awaiting processing. Backordered – Orders for which available stock has shipped, and remaining items are awaiting product arrival. Completed – Orders that have shipped in full and have been invoiced.

Order Details
Select an order number to view order details, including bill-to, ship-to, purchase order, and ordered items with quantities and pricing.
Custom Reports
Customer exports can be run from Orders, Past Ancillary Reports, e-Good Reports, or Past Monthly Sales.
Exports may be narrowed using filters such as ISBN, order status, bill-to, and ship-to.
Generated reports are delivered to the Reports tab, accessible from the top-left menu dropdown.
Note: Depending on the selected criteria, reports may take several minutes to process before they are available for download.
