How to Filter the Catalog

Filtering Catalog allows publishers to narrow their view and quickly locate specific titles or programs. Filters can be used individually or in combination to refine results based on adoption status, format, grade, or program.

 

  1. Navigate to the Catalog in the Publisher Portal.
  2. Locate the filter options available on the catalog screen.
  3. Select one or more filters to refine your results.
  4. The catalog view will update to display titles that match your selected criteria.

 

You can filter catalog results using the following options:

 

  • Subject – Filter titles by subject area
     
  • Adoption Cycle – View titles associated with a specific adoption cycle
     
  • Status – Filter by Adopted or Non-Adopted titles
     
  • HQIM Program – View titles associated with a specific program or series
     
  • Format – Filter by Digital, Physical, or Bundle
     
  • Grade – View titles aligned to a specific grade level
     

Multiple filters may be applied at the same time to further narrow results.
