If you're seeing the "No Content Available" screen, you have likely been assigned no licenses for content that are currently active. It is also possible that the relevant applications or roster need to be reconfigured.
Either way, you will need to contact your systems administrator so that they can verify that the licenses, applications, and roster are correct in all relevant systems.
Note: Depending on permissions, you may not have the "Licenses" tab in your view. This is an administrative page for managing licenses.
