To generate reports of the inventory at your District/School, you have two options.
Option 1
From the Physical Inventory screen, you can use the filter options on the left hand side of the screen to get the information that you wish to export to a report. This includes the ability to select the inventory status that you are interested in such as Active, Surplus, and Disposal.
Once you have the information that you would like on your report available in the main inventory window of the Physical Inventory screen, click the "export" button at the bottom of the left hand side filter options (shown above).
This will export the report and it will be available for download on the "Reports" screen.
Option 2
You can go directly to the Reports screen and use the left hand side "Run Report" dropdown to select the type report you wish to generate.
You can also add email address to the "Notify" section and those people will receive an email with a link to the report once it completes. This is one way to share a report with users that do not access TIMS/ClassGather directly.
Depending on the amount of data in the report you generate, the report can generate immediately or it may take some time. You can always leave this page after generating a report and return to find your completed report and a history of past reports you have generated.
Please note that Option 1 provides more options to filter the data that you would like to appear on your report. Option 2 provides some filtering options but they are not as robust as those available in the Physical Inventory screen in Option 1.
